The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from the day we called with our initial ask through the consultation and the install day. We had our furnace replaced and an AC added to our current system that was set for heat only. It was a full day job and we were very happy with the experience. The new system has been working great and we thankfully got it installed right in time for the warmer days to start up for the year.
I called 6 companies for quotes and CSM was the only company to return my call and the rep for the quote was great to work with and I got the quote in hand before he left. The techs did a great job and the inspectors didn't have a single problem with their work and I will call them from now on for anything I need done
