Was going to be the first time donating. But they want to palpate my arm and say they can't find a vein that can hold the needle. Well guess I'm screwed if I ever need plasma since my veins won't hold the needle . Either that or they are incompetent. I was already nervous about going but figured that helping 5o save a life was worth the nerves but after this experience and the fact I can't receive plasma should I need it then why give mine. I have been donating plasma for over a year now and over time you will get to know and meet some wonderful people. However, I would like to spotlight Anitra Epps! When you walk in, she is the first person I see greeting me with her big smile. She make the entire experience worth showing up. People make the business and she represents CSL by displaying professionalism and integrity that I can relate to. Looking forward to my next visit.
Anitra Epps is wonderful at her job. She works at CSL Plasma Spartanburg. She always has a smile on her face and is there to do her job and sometimes doing other individuals jobs as well. There has never been a day that I have seen her say no to helping anyone. Anitra Epps is a valuable asset to CSL Plasma.. Thanks for all you do.
