I’ve been here for over an hour. This place has horrible customer service. So very unprofessional. At least let others know what the heck is going on. Did not even get a hello welcome nothing. Then after I did my welcome video, the nurse said I’ll get you when I get back, they making me leave. Did not say how long to wait. I just don’t understand what’s going on.
Great place to stop by for donations! And get paid! Friendly staff and great music while you donate!
I have to Call everyday about a $5 coupon I turned in 8 days ago and everyone I talk to puts me on hold for at least 10 minutes just to come back to the phone with NO RESOLUTION! I have asked to speak to management and get put on hold again. I have over 20 years of experience in the laboratory/phlebotomy field and HAVE NEVER seen attitudes like I've seen here.
