Chronically understaffed. You will routinely have an over 2 hour process sometimes just waiting to go through the screening line. I often come in to find only one screener and more than a dozen in line. It’s crazy. The staff are nice but seem overworked. They should hire more people
everybody’s super nice here. plus, the machines are much quicker than other places.
They are THE best around. The wait times can be rough sometimes but as a former biolife donor, it's not even close to as bad. They compensation is better, the staff has way better training and are actually friendly. Most the negative comment are about things they literally have no power to control like rushes (everyone thinks it's a great idea to come RIGHT after work from 4-7pm then get mad they aren't in and out in a hour) or time spent per donation.
