Jennifer and Caitlin at CSL Plasma was absolutely wonderful! I was donating plasma, and she was a huge help throughout the whole process. I had a great experience at CSL Plasma. The staff were friendly, professional, and really on top of everything. The whole donation process went smoothly, and I never felt like I was waiting around or wondering what was going on. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome.
