CSL Boise has so many great and efficient employees - I look forward to seeing them whenever I donate! From Kimber, Ken and Dan at check in to all three nurses to those on the donation floor-Britney, Tavin, Caden and Misty not to mention managers Jen and Kaitlyn!
I had a very positive experience at CSL Plasma. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was reasonable. I appreciate how smooth and safe the donation process felt. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering donating plasma!
You will need no less than 2 hours per visit, sometimes as much as 3. Woefully understaffed at all times.
The staff is super friendly and Caden was great. He is professional and puts people at ease with the process.
I used to go to the CSL in nampa I will say I do like this place better. I definitely love the Saturday crew the most, they are always so kind and nice. They make conversation and have wonderful costumer service. Taven especially, taven has always been wonderful and careful when he sticks me before donating.
