Have always had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff are friendly and professional and are quick to address any issues that may arise. The facility is clean and they do their best to facilitate a smooth and relatively fast donation. My only issue is that the waste cans are directly at your right elbow and I frequently bump it. I am not a germaphobe, but it is a mild concern. Ken always goes above and beyond checking me in. He is always positive and professional... I told him I got anxious when I was done donating and waiting to get the needle removed. He made sure that I was taken care of. Ken is the reason I come back.

I really would get a chuckle out of see Dan's name badge having " Daddy Dan" under it. I miss it. You are really good at getting people back to initiate the poke. It take a bit longer to disconnect. ( just an observation). Your staff is awesome. Most of the phlebotomists don't hurt me. They all are friendly and kind.
