“LAYS” “SALWA” “ALEXANDRA” They are friendly and provide the best service; they welcome you with a smile and make you feel good. They check in to see if everything is okay and are very professional in their work. It is because of those three that I keep coming back—they make me feel comfortable and secure.
Dan was very professional and helpful. A great employee, Sofia was also nice and professional and the experience wonderful.

Just go to Biolife. Csl underpays you and its workers to the point the experience is long and frustrating at best and disrespectful at worst. The long term employees are depressed and seem like they’d rather be anywhere else and all the new ones quickly get discouraged and leave within 6 months. This all leads to constant understaffing, untrained workers and long wait times. I’ve donated here 85 times and I will not be coming back. Put your plasma to better use.
I donate twice weekly. They are quick in and out in 35-40mins. All the staff are great at thier job and particularly Sofia went above and beyond for my visit.
