everybody’s super nice here. plus, the machines are much quicker than other places.
They are THE best around. The wait times can be rough sometimes but as a former biolife donor, it's not even close to as bad. They compensation is better, the staff has way better training and are actually friendly. Most the negative comment are about things they literally have no power to control like rushes (everyone thinks it's a great idea to come RIGHT after work from 4-7pm then get mad they aren't in and out in a hour) or time spent per donation. Horrible wait time to get a bed for blood draw
Hire more people!!! waiting two hours in line is bull crap
Great staff but unbearably long wait times. The only reason to put up with standing in a 5 person line for an entire hour is to get the new donor bonus, switch to someone else after if you have absolutely any regard for your own time.
