Today would have been my third time donating. Was there a couple weeks ago and did all the new patient procedures including height measurement. Today I was told they had to check my height again and this time they measured me 1" shorter. Was told I had to see the nurse and one person was ahead of me. Already had to wait 25 minutes to get screen and it would have been at least another 30 minutes waiting for the nurse, then still donate. These people are racist and they never answer the phone they let it ring and ring. A friend of mine has one caught them smoking marijuana in a car and outside. Some of them don't even use gloves
Tried to come in and donate with my wife for the first time and I have comprehension issues. That older lady with the silver curly hair told me to stop asking my wife questions that I had for my own health because she's the only one I can really understand and when I said that I got kicked out for talking and I took my wife back and made me leave how are they making it fair for new donors when they won't even let us learn about the consequences of donating and casting us out afterwards absolute terrible experience if there w... read more
