This place does not pay fairly. I donate on Thursday and Saturday and both days count as 1st donation so I never get payed what I am owed. They do not give new donors bonuses. I didnt donate for 4 years , came back and they payed me as a return donor. And when you call here no one will ever answer the phone. CSL in Hobart has become the worst donation center ever. Any FYI on a daily basis it takes about 2 and a half hours to donate here.
Horrible work establishment. The workers are always talking and never tending to the patients. The lines are unnecessarily long because they only let one person check vitals at a time. Process will take a minimum 2 hours.
Done attempting to donate here! Always a problem with the nurses, computer or something. Not to mention the nurses are rude and act like you’re not good enough to donate and telling me a new donor how much their coworkers are incompetent. Go here once and donate and you will feel like a dumass! Currently looking for another donation center. This one is a joke and the people suck!
This place has gone to shits. Don't believe the app if you're a return donor. The app is very misleading and you won't get the amount that you think you'll receive. Watched the consent video and was left to sit for 30 min or so until someone finally called me in the room. Even one of the staff said the app is misleading. Absolutely horrible. Been in line for 2 hours already. Only 2 staff members, moving slow as turtles, clearly don't care about getting people in and out. Talking instead of working. Like come on. At least get us in the damn beds instead of standing for hours.
