Machines never work, idk how they even function, highly under staffed and half of them don't know how to draw blood. Would not recommend
Horrible!! Went 1st time unable because of pimple. Went 2nd time unable because they can not get a vien. Also Tish...Rude!!!! All in all was there 3 hra and nothingm wasted my time. Do not go here. And they need moee staff . Or maybe because im hispanic
I went to cal plasma today and they staff were disrespectful and said I needed a proof of address when I brought a proof of address with me they kept making excuses to not let me donate so I walked out so they want to ban me cause I got irritated. They tried saying I made a seen when all I said when you guys are making up excuses and walked out
I love Kim. She is extremely amazing and made my time a breeze. She was very helpful, polite, and patient. Thank you so much Kim.
Kim has done wonderful the last two times I’ve been here. She has great customer service and very nice .
