Tried to donate but machine was not set up properly and malfunctioned. Was disqualified for 2 months because a small amount of blood was unreturnable. They had been actively texting me to return and donate with special offers but everytime it did not qualify for some reason. Location was almost empty and may not stay open at level of business apparent.

Pretty legit place to donate plasma. Just make sure your blood pressure is in check cuz you only get 2 shots at it then you have to cum back the next day.

Unfortunately, this picture says it all. Very nice staff, but severely understaffed and obviously mismanaged. Very slow, and no chair. You can do better CSL.

Horrible went there at 8:00 AM just to try it out and the lady told me it would be the whole entire day before being seen Tabitha rude and no consideration for others bluntly pushed me off she needs to work on her customer service skills she makes it like the entire process is going to be almost 12hrs before being seen just horrible customer service

I usually come here every other month. This time I told the lady it was a little too tight and my hand was obviously turning purple. I haven't donated for a month now and where the needle went in im bruised and there are red internal bleeding I can see under the skin. I have a picture but it will not let me post
