I went in there to donate plasma 3 days ago. I was told I was going to get $75. Instead they blew both my veins, messed my arm up and got $50. This is unacceptable. They have me walking around here looking like a junkie and all I was doing was trying to help out by donating and pay my bills.
The first time I went to CSL, it was great. The second time was awful. The Lady who handled my donation was very rough. She tried to draw from my left arm and screwed up. Bruised me very badly. Then she did the right arm and she got that but it was rough and a bit of a mess. She Made a smart ass comment about blood going everywhere and that she would have to change. Well it’s not my fault.
