During my recent visit to CSL Plasma, I was thoroughly appalled by the appalling state of customer service. The staff seemed to exhibit a complete disregard for professionalism, often ganging up and intimidating clients right in front of other patrons. This bullying behavior created a hostile environment that left many feeling anxious and unwelcome. Hey my name is Glenn Devonta Williams. I went here to csl plasma and I almost died. My heart kept stopping. My left arm was bent which I don't how it got like that because I kept my arm straight. They was staring at me, laughing. A lady was fanning me with paper. I had ice on my chest to keep my heart pumping. And they gave me one Gatorade to drink. I did recover.
