Employees are always very nice
Most employees are great. But better hope you don’t have even a minor issue because management will always side with the employees. It doesn’t matter if an employee didn’t check properly and made you waste gas you can’t waste. They will just black ball you and have you do nonsensical arm checks just for being upset because an employee didn’t do their job right.
They need to learn how to speak to people! Their tone and how they speak to the donors is abrupt and unprofessional!
The staff is inconsiderate they make you wait 30 minutes to take off the machine and when you say something you get told that's not my job today
