They need to learn how to speak to people! Their tone and how they speak to the donors is abrupt and unprofessional!
The staff is inconsiderate they make you wait 30 minutes to take off the machine and when you say something you get told that's not my job today
I did not have a very good experience at this facility. The vast majority of the staff were extremely unprofessional. I went through the new donor screening process and during two separate exams another member of staff interrupted the process to show the examiner something on their phone. One of them was a photo of their nephew for context. I have been donating at CSL for 10+ years off and on and have donated at the Wilmington location since it first opened and never had a problem until recently...First is that they have only had one side of their donation floor open for about a year now with no signs of when they plan on opening the second bay... Second they are constantly understaffed and for the most part they move extremely slowly and are not managed well..The last time I was there I was in line for a bed and was two away from getting a bed but they kept br... read more
Horrible experiences over the last few months and whatever employees they do have left are extremely rude. The wait time and the unprofessional employees is just not worth it anymore for $45. If you want to give plasma then go to the other plasma center in Wilmington and stay away from CSL in my opinion.
