if you wanna donate here i guess be ready to spend 3-4 hours here. have not had a good visit the last 3 times i have been. first time i ever came here i was having to wave down an employee to get me off the machine that had been off for 45 min.
The manager at this location is absolutely horrible. I’m always very polite and stand up for myself if someone is rude and disrespectful to me. Twice in the same year I’ve had the manager lie to me and try to belittle me. This most recent time she had me get “spoken to” when I went back in to donate. I even told the staff to feel free to look at the camera footage if they really wanted to. Needless to say I’m very surprised she hasn’t been fired yet.
Wilmington CSL Plasma is cool the staff are always courteous and the facility is very clean and well maintained. I would suggest anyone to stop by quick eat cash!
CSL plasma had been the absolute worst experience I've ever had donating plasma.
