I went in 2023 and got a falsely positive test went and got tested immediately by the new Hanover county health department and that test came back clean and I showed csl staff its was wrong but im still labeled at the donation place that seems wrong to label someone something that there not
donated plasma for the first time today. i had a small panic attack right near the end, and the staff was amazing and super understanding. i hope to return and be able to handle it better now that i know what to expect. thank you guys :)
I was already stressed out because I have been assaulted (during surgery) and carjacked at 2 Wake Forest Hospitals in NC. I didn't need Deanna (or Brianna? It was one of the two) rolling her eyes and making faces as she judged my protein-heavy breakfast. I'm a personal chef, I don't eat a lot of carbs. Maybe include "what to eat" in the "Information About First-time Donation" menu? Everyone else was very nice and professional.
