Well it only took 5visits to get thru entire process. And on Monday July 21st. Which will be the last time I go there cause they cant even hit a vein in my arm. They try without pulling needle out at 3 different angles i finally said your done doing that to me. And only positive thing was thet did pay me the full amount. Which was fine . But I spoke to an employee who did my vitals and she said they had a meeting there a week ago last Tuesday and there closing this location as of August 16th is there last day of operation. I've been donating at the CSL location for the past 2 months. Minus one infiltration, completely my fault, the donation process has been smooth, professional, and all around easy. The staff are very friendly, professional, and courteous. I truly wish this place wasn't closing in a couple of weeks. I wish the best for the amazing staff that makes up this location. Truly sad to no longer call this my Donation Center on August 15th.
They made me wait 1 hour to say I couldn't donate
