On their website & CSL app, they’re “open” at 7am-3pm on Saturdays, but when I went today at 8:30am, no one was there! Center closed, no messaging on the app either. The phlebotomists who’ve stuck me there are nice but overall operational hours & staffing needs major upgrades.
This used to be a good way to make a few quick dollars but my last few experiences there have not been good. The lines are long. You stand on line to be checked in and then you stand on line to donate. The lines used to move fast, not anymore. They have new employes there that do not know so well what they are doing. Also new machines "zap" you to keep you pumping. It hurts unnecessarily. Overall I might go still when they have a promotion but I would not reccomend. Horrible service my right arm was bruised all the way from my elbow to my wrist the machine that they used start pumping the blood back to my body did too fast it caused my veins to swell, they had to stop, they like to close a lot even for a cloudy rainy day. DAPHNE is the best! I love her energy and her professionalism. She always provides quick and excellent service in her role. I’m always happy when I see that she’s working when I visit. She definitely elevates this location tremendously. She can work a long line diligently and with grace and still precision, and levelheadedness. Edison has a gem with this employee!
Long wait time. You could watch "Judy Moody not a bummer summer" with the amount of time you will be waiting in line. Edit: I lied. You can watch "Lincoln" from start to finish and still be waiting in line. Another edit: They put more effort responding to reviews then getting people out the door. Being able to watch "Lincoln" and still not be in a chair is sad.
