Terrible location, employees shame those that donate and when you speak up about it they get you banned from all locations across the US.
Corporate should really come down to Edison CSL and see why the employees are so unhappy. Management is horrible. I have never seen not one manager step in when the line is long with only one person (Daphne) checking in donors. I have seen that short light skin lady come up to the front while the line is long running her mouth but never help. Today there was one phlebotomist. I am a regular donor of plasma, and have been for quite some time due to my low income. I was a regular donor at this site's sister location in Clifton. I have recently had to switch to this location after moving, and this place is disgraceful. They are either understaffed or their staff has little interest in helping donors, as wait times to be screened can take up to an hour on busy days. On their website & CSL app, they’re “open” at 7am-3pm on Saturdays, but when I went today at 8:30am, no one was there! Center closed, no messaging on the app either. The phlebotomists who’ve stuck me there are nice but overall operational hours & staffing needs major upgrades.
