Longest wait times you will ever experience in your days of donating plasma. I don’t know or understand how they go so slowly to get people seen it’s honestly in sane. Plus the payment is close to nothing anyways.
Said they were open from 7AM-3PM on Saturday, arrived at 11AM and they were closed. Handful of people arrived at the same time I did and couldn't enter either. We then called and nobody picked up. :(
on vacation. NJT is terrible. missed two buses and walked 1.5 miles to be told arrogantly by the woman at the desk that they’re not taking anyone new in or transfers. i’m in the system at my home location in Portage, MI. I wouldn’t be a new customer. not to mention, I was told by my primary center AND CSL‘s customer support that I would be able to donate today in Edison. admittedly, I walked out and as soon as the door closed, I shouted out of frustration. Great staff but you gotta have patience. They are short staff so you got a wait.
Tried giving this place a chance. Unfortunately came in close to closing yesterday (6:48pm) and the 2 screening donor out front got an attitude and sucked they’re teeth. Then proceeded to ask for the keys from the other co worker to close the door because and i quote (these people think they’re slick coming in at the last minute) 0 level of professional. Last time i checked , the donation center closes at 7pm. 0 need to audibly show disdain to a donor who was coming through a traffic jam caused by an accident
