They told me I couldn’t donate for two weeks so I waited. After five months when they started texting me telling me I was eligible for bonus compensation on donations, and for referrals I went on the app filled out. My health questionnaire drove all the way to Westland just to be told that I can’t donate without a doctors note. The staff is always very kind and caring and do the best they can and I am very thankful the place I have chosen to donate takes such great care
Staff were very friendly and helpful being new the process was fast and smooth love the employees highly recommended Beth was very nice and understanding and helpful and made this experience very comfortable for me thumbs up
Called numerous times. Only got an answer once then literally a second after they answered got hung up on, shitty company, shitty workers ✌️
