The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's always way too hot in there, and it makes me uncomfortable. However. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They have the shortest wait time of any place I've ever donated. Christian, Ebony, Alice & her husband, all of them and the others, were pleasant and even fun to deal with. Staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to answering any questions you have. Wait time is minimal, location is clean, and they make the process as easy on you as possible. If you have a problem here, YOU might be the problem! Lol
My daughters just drove all the way here to donate and were turned away by a rude woman because apparently their zip code isn't good enough for the CSL in Westland?!?🤯🤣🤣 We live in Howell. My daughter often donates at BioLife in Flint and Ypsilanti, as we don't have Plasma donation services in Howell. We'll continue with BioLife Plasma, as they don't discriminate against people who live in Howell. You should be extremely ashamed of yourselves.
