They are very respectful I never had a bad day there I would refer anyone who wants to donate should try going there

The security harassed my wife in the waiting room while I was donating , donating takes almost an hour and the security asked my wife multiple times why she was in the waiting room . They recently changed the way you check In at the Portage Mi location. I wasn’t sure why but today I tried to scan my barcode to wait to be screened. The security officer stopped me and said I can’t scan it until They call me to a screening booth. I thought he was joking until he physically swatted my hands away from The scanner. He said that it makes the center look better when we scan at the moment we are called to the screening booth as opposed to reporting the actual 45 mins I stood in line to be called to be screened. This facility is the worst I've ever been to the two nurses that work at this facility white girl and white boy are very experienced communicating with donors. The two nurses seems to me that they got their degree at fruit loops University this facility will discriminate against donors if you are smarter than their nurses. I've been to three other facilities and this is the worst. They will make up lies to prevent you from donating here especially these two nurses are idiots I'm sorry the management is wonderful she's wonder... read more
Was going to be the first time donating. But they want to palpate my arm and say they can't find a vein that can hold the needle. Well guess I'm screwed if I ever need plasma since my veins won't hold the needle . Either that or they are incompetent. I was already nervous about going but figured that helping 5o save a life was worth the nerves but after this experience and the fact I can't receive plasma should I need it then why give mine. Great experience again! Especially with Laniesha in phlebotomy! She's always friendly and personable. She's one of my favorites!
I love this place! They go above and beyond to help you and keep you as comfortable as possible!
CSL Plasma is great. Lionel is an outstanding phlebotomist. This is an great place to donate the staff does a great job.
