Waiting time is horrible. There can be only 4 people in line and you can wait up to an hour. It seems they are short staff or staff always gossiping instead of taking care of donors.
Do not donate here. I repeat do not donate here. They will give you a promotion once every 6 months. When they do give you a promotion, it’s $20 extra after 5 donations and $30 after 8 donations and they will cut you off without warning. When they cut you off, they will do it on a promotion day and leave your jaw dropped. Not to mention that they only use 6 machines. They wait times are always 30 minutes to an hour. They are very unprofessional and most of the workers are in conversation amongst each other moving very slowly... read more
