The management in there is bad . They don't have enough workers . You waiting about 45 mins in line. Lets not talk about the machines. Going to a new Plasma facility

This is my 4 th time here and I must say they are so much better than Miramar location. No matter how long the line is, I make it to the donor floor in a reasonable amount of time and I’m not waiting 10 or 15 minutes to be taken off the machine when I’m done Today Catherine did the needle stick, and it was a smooth as it could be she was friendly and very attentive. Great experience donating today — shoutout to Christina for being super welcoming and making the process feel easy, even though she forced me to use a baindaid I didn’t need lol Definitely left with a smile.

Discriminates , singles you out, and invades your privacy by trying to get ahold of your medical records and makes up false reasons to deferral or permanent deferral you. This is my first time ever doing or trying out this plasma thing and was my worst experience and treatment ever in a business or organization.
