I had a great experience at this location!! As a first time donor I was very nervous and every single staff member was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable! Mishka was so kind and made me laugh so much and took the nerves away and also gave me uplifting words of encouragement!! While a few staff members are professional and kind, the center lacks accountability. During every visit, you will observe staff wearing AirPods while interacting with donors and requesting sensitive personal information, which is unprofessional.
