VERY NICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND PRETTY FAST.
I don’t usually do reviews however I need to talk about how absolutely time consuming it is coming to the specific facility. They have another location in hazel crest I would strongly recommend that one based off the fact that most of the workers here at the calumet park location are not time efficient. They spend majority of their time talking amongst each other instead of ensuring there is a seamless donor experience. Truth be told if you don’t like your jobs quit. Everyone here is a blast to work with Especially Bre and Roxi! They make the experience here comfortable and fun but unfortunately it’s always packed in here due to the short staff. I’ll come in here and leave almost 3 hours later which is such an inconvenience for myself and others here. Workers and donors! Do better because these kind people seemed stressed and overwhelmed.
