The staff of the plasma center DOES NOT CHANGE THE GLOVES REGULARLY, there is exposed blood and they use the same gloves for several patients, the person at booth 1 even had dried blood on a finger of his glove, they can transmit diseases please be aware and change your gloves as is the right thing to do! If when I go again I see this I will report this to the health department or wherever I consider it necessary, I also saw blood-stained machines they should make this safer for everyone including the staff

This is mostly for the wait and staff, I didnt get to donate because as a new donor they want you to do paper work so they make you come to the front desk thats not the problem. Problem is there is no one there. I waited in front of the desk for 10 minutes saw that they wanted me to watch a video (it was 20 minutes long) and then wait for staff again. After watching the video I waited in front of the desk some more and no one showed up. After waiting 30 minutes just to get checked in i was done waiting and just left.

I go often. I got there at noon and didn't leave until 2:30. I watched Denise take one customer and move from booth 1 to booth 4. She took one person in line and then she got up and pretended to be busy for a half an hour before taking her next in line. She walked around and talked to people. Then when she called me to booth 4 she asked how I was. I said nothing because I was mad and other people in line were mad as well. She asked if I wanted a bandaid after she intentionally pricked my finger way harder than she needed to.... read more
