The staff at this center truly care for their donors. I feel like a part of a community here, and I truly feel that, for the most part, the staff’s hearts are really in their work.
Its a poor man's primary. If i need to know what I lack in my diet they make sure to let me know.
People were friendly for the most part but the poke was rough-ish. The take out of the needle hurt also. I didn’t feel like I was being taken care of by experts but everyone has to start somewhere. No sense of urgency either once my donation was done 2-3 people just took their time doing other things. I like the machines there but the staff could really use training respectfully
Irene takes good care of us all. Her and the rest of the staff have improved the CSL experience and they make everything easy visit worth it.
