I’ve been coming here for about 2½ years, and I’ve seen a lot of positive improvements during that time. The biggest change has been the efficiency both check-in and check-out times have improved significantly. Most visits now take only about 45 minutes to an hour, which is a huge improvement. Great staff very professional
Today I was helped by a lovely lady named Corky. She was very warm and friendly. I was not able to donate today, but she was very informative with the things I can do to be able to donate tomorrow.
5 stars pretty good service most the people there are really nice I love my girl corke she’s always so sweet and makes the experience 10x better!
New donor didn't go through with it. Waited a little over 3 hours there was 1 person in front of me. I stood there for 20-30 min waiting for someone to come up front did the questionnaire and watched the video sat there for 2 and half hours. I ended up leaving cause the lady barley finished with the 1 guy in front of me and went on lunch said she wasn't coming back right away cause she had stuff to do.
