Wait times are generally pretty low. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. Amber screened me today and as always she was a ray of sunshine. She was fast, professional and outgoing. I give an additional five stars just for Amber!

Honestly place is amazing. The nurses and the staff are all very kind I was a lapse donor and they made it so easy to come back and donate again for me.
When Scott D did my 1st intake assessment, I appreciated his professionalism, his helpfulness, and the knowledgeable information he shared with me. Not to mention, his personable approach that made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease for my donation process THANK YOU, SCOTT!!
