The phlebotomist in the back need to go back to school I went in earlier today she put the needle in my vein it was literally poking out the other side of my skin while my blood was getting taken out. it was hurting so bad. Before she put the needle in she was tying this blue latex or rubber thing around my arm she tied it so tight it broke in half. I was almost crying.
