I honestly like coming in here but recently its been a lot of little issues that make the experience not enjoyable, first off would be how they would announce certain rules in the center like not charing phones or not sitting in the nurse waiting chairs but dont enforce them. Its irritating when people get away with these things while im trying to be fair with these things, and i know this next one isnt really on them but a lot of donors that come in loud, ratchet and full on rude. I took about 5 hours to donate. It wasn’t worth it. There were too many delays and too few staff. At other companies, the donation process is much quicker.
THEY TURNED ME AWAY AT 2:30 PM and they close at 4pm the 3 staff at the front 2 women and a man said that they are short staffed and wouldn't let me donate the entire staff is cross trained so why were 3 staff not doing their job that was highly unprofessional
