Si eres hispano y no hablas bien ingles. Ni vengas, pierdes tiempo, no se porque dicen se habla español, y si te atiende una hispana los domingos por la mañana menos te deja pasar. Los morenos te tratan bien.
Lines are extremely long people are disrespectful cutting in line. Today is aug 24th a man in a white hoodie cut in line. When someone brought it up he got pulled back. They let him back in and he was giving people the middle finger and threatening people. This place is short staffed and this will be my last time coming here. I would rather take the trip to the other location on archer ave then put up with this location or just go to another place.
If I could give this place a negative star I would give them five of them. I been donating for ten years and this location is horrible. The phlebotomist here are very unprofessional and rude. They talk more about gossip things then actually sticking and calling donors how they should. I walked in at 12pmpm it's now 2:30pm and I'm still not on a donor bed. The amount of beds open while the line to donate remains out the door literally along with the screener line. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE VALUE OF YOUR TIME!!!
