I will never come back into this location. I will be driving to Kennesaw to Biolife who by the way pays more. I donated last month and had a physical due to not donating for 5 months which im ok with. I understand the rules but i come back one month later to stand in line for 1 hour to to be told i have to have another physical. I make $25 for one donation over 2 hours for $25 is bullcrap. Everyone is super nice expect Joseph. Attitude towards questions needs to be checked. Not everyone donates a million times like most who walk in there do, so no worker should be annoyed when asked anything.

Very Professional and clean environment. However, In efforts to “keep donors” safe nurses are focusing on the wrong efforts, which in my opinion are for the benefit of the company, to hide the facts of an insufficiently trained staff or a negligent staff. So to hide their shortcomings they send the donor home until their mistake is healed up and becomes a moot point because the donor has no option but to comply.
