You cant be in-between houses or homeless and donate to make money - to donate plasma to help people, you HAVE to have a stable house. Do you see how stupid that is? Now my mum is unable to donate and make extra money on top of her job. Instead of being in a hotel room, I will be sitting outside all night while my family is in the car. Thank you CSL for not have basic human compasion and morals. Truly a great company.
Don't donate here! My niece went here to donate. The male staff that was inserting needle was to busy talking to another person didn't look closely for vein. He just inserted needle. Her arm swelled up and she started bleeding profusely. They were then rude to her and said it was her fault. Clearly the staff here are not properly trained or just don't care.
This would 100% be a zero star review. We have been in here several times in the last two weeks. Not one time we have been in have we not had a problem. This is such a huge disappointment. We thought it would be a nice way to spend time together while giving back to others and they have made that impossible. I would not go here if I were you.
Thought they was suppost to pay you on your first time no matter what but that's a lie cause they didn't me after id done went threw their whole process . Gave me a card but then said they didn't load it. Then why even give me a payment card at all , waste of time an I'm pist . They mislead me
If I could give them zero stars I would the manager is absolutely disgusting rude so is the employees and they they will make you go through an hour and a half process just to tell you you can’t donate over tape. This whole place needs to be evaluated by higher ups and realize that their employees are crap. The manager refused to talk to me.
