They discriminated against me because I had words with the little young security person. So he can talk to me any kind of way and all I asked w that does he want to talk about it outside. I got PERMANENTLY deferred even after I apologized. The lady manager( blond) was completely unfair to me showed absolutely no remorse.
Great place to a certain extent! First day going was great, nurses were so nice, even gave me a pass the lady who did my physical was so sweet and the phlobotemist who poked me I didn't even feel it and I'm terrified of needles, the lady who got me off the machine was a sweetheart too and we connected over winterville NC. yesterday tho I was not as satisfied as the nurse who was checking my heart rate and blood pressure and everything looked away from me while taking my temp and it misread so not of my own fault I was turned... read more
After you get finished they leave you sitting for 20 minutes before coming to take needle out of your arm…
The lady on the donor floor, with the long blonde hair is extremely rude. I was a new donor and didn't know the process or rules and she basically chewed me out, for doing something I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do. I did not know once I was seated, I couldn't use the restroom. I wanted to wait as long as I could before donation. I put my stuff down, the phleb said it was fine, went to the restroom and came back. Apparently, there was some incorrect information relayed. The lady addressed it. Drink plenty of water before donating like , ur pee is clear & I promise u will not have any blood return problems! Just make sure u can control ur bladder & time the donation up so u don't have to use the bathroom during, if u do ur part , they will do theirs, Lance & everybody on the team is super efficient & don't mess around, definitely recommend this place!
