My fiancé went today to try and donate some plasma as he has already gone before. However for some odd reason, he was denied today for not speaking English. Apparently because it is part of their “policy” which they never disclosed the first time he went nor this time. I believe my fiancé was discriminated for his race and language. I have thought about donating plasma to help the community, but after this event, I think I’ll stick to Red Cross who is more accommodating to the community. Regular donor. Got here at 10:05 am. Just got in the donoe chair at 12:30. The wait is ridiculous and they are severely understaffed. I actually feel bad for the employees.
The absolute worst customer service in flabotomy in Raleigh I don't suggest going here for the big back nurses to destroy or maseccrate your veins due to incompetence or being uncaring
