Went there this morning to donate for my first time and only 1 person was in there ahead of me. I waited almost 4 hours and nobody came to talk to me or anything after watching their video. I left because I have work at 6pm but I got the feeling they make you wait long enough to where you voluntarily leave. Which is sad for all the people who need the help but won't be receiving it. They discriminated against me because I had words with the little young security person. So he can talk to me any kind of way and all I asked w that does he want to talk about it outside. I got PERMANENTLY deferred even after I apologized. The lady manager( blond) was completely unfair to me showed absolutely no remorse.
Great place to a certain extent! First day going was great, nurses were so nice, even gave me a pass the lady who did my physical was so sweet and the phlobotemist who poked me I didn't even feel it and I'm terrified of needles, the lady who got me off the machine was a sweetheart too and we connected over winterville NC. yesterday tho I was not as satisfied as the nurse who was checking my heart rate and blood pressure and everything looked away from me while taking my temp and it misread so not of my own fault I was turned... read more
