Staff is friendly and helpful.
I came out here at 6:30am & got in line for a 7:00am donation, but staff came out at 7:20 & said that they have a delayed opening due to not having an operations manager on site. & @ 8:30 still they have made to contact with an operations manager & no plan of action. Very disappointed.
Great staff
Don try to tell them when they are wrong about anything. Many of the phlebotomists have power trips and I know from experience, kaniyah will push your needle into your arm while removing it. Unprofessional, and bad business, they need someone besides people like that poking people
