Drink plenty of water before donating like , ur pee is clear & I promise u will not have any blood return problems! Just make sure u can control ur bladder & time the donation up so u don't have to use the bathroom during, if u do ur part , they will do theirs, Lance & everybody on the team is super efficient & don't mess around, definitely recommend this place!

Worst experience ever this place is terrible I wouldn’t recommend going all of the employees are rude ghetto and unprofessional long waiting time just for them to tell you you can’t donate because they felt like it that day
I donated on May the 5th 2025 and still cannot access the money on the card that I received my "pay" on. The card gives the error message "invalid account" when I try to use it or withdraw the funds that are on my account. When I went back to the plasma center, which is an hour away from my house, they just kept replacing the cards. A total of four different cards all giving the same error message.
