i’m here frequent and whenever I do, there’s a tiny black lady who usually does the intake process with glasses and a tiny bun on top of her head and she’s the upmost rude person every time I come in here. As of my last visit, she wouldn’t put on my blood pressure cuff correctly, It was sitting over top of my elbow and she wouldn’t adjust it and then when It red high, in which I never do, she won’t redo it. I am regular donor and I had a horrific experience today on Sunday July 12. First the general manager was hooking up and stuck me extremely hard. After few moments the machine went off. Another tech check my arm and saw it was bruising. She unhooked my right arm, wrapped it with ice. She then hooked my left arm up. After almost a hour the machine beeped a third tech came over adjusted the needle. By doing so caused extreme pain. When I confronted the tech she started to throw an temper tantrum like a toddler.
