First time coming to CSL, have never experienced such unprofessional conduct at a donor center before.
Extremely unprofessional, intentionally delay people who are doing them a service by donating plasma for a fraction of what they’re going to make off of it, & then they got some of the most ghetto ignorant folks in there. I’ve been to 4 different csl’s over the years & never experienced the level of dysfunction they have at this particular branch. From the coked up nurse (which is ironic bc apparently they test donors but not employees) with that tacky weave ponytail to annoying security guard with her plastic wig. The whole... read more
Yeah CSL is a bunch of B.S. She used the wrong size blood pressure cuff, on me. Getting an inaccurate reading.
Very understaffed
Csl plasma never pick up the phone I drove from Durham to Raleigh on hold one time! And now I’m still on hold and when I was on hold last time I drove on hold from Durham to Raleigh if you know how long the drive is you know that don’t make any sense, plus before I left the house to make that trip I set on hold for 20 minutes! They could let some workers go or they could put out a hire sign on indeed!
