Amanda the reception tech has been superb my last couple of visits definitely make you wanna come back
Terrible service! As a first time donor the workers were more fixated on why I wasnt showing emotion rather than getting my paperwork done. After 3 hours of waiting in a room watching others get helped after I was "forgotten", I went to get my phone charger and they said I needed to restart the entire process! I came as soon as they opened by the way no more than three people and after they dismissed me it was more than 50! Unacceptable!!!!! Workers are incompetent and dont know whats going on! DO NOT GO HERE 0/10
Staff were quick polite and accurate definitely prefer this location over fletcher it’s a smoother process and less unorganized behavior. This will be my new primary location definitely

Clean site. Welcomed. Professional staff. Good social distancing and safety protocols are used consistently . Glad they value my donations and time. Quick, yet not rushed service. Parking lot had ample spaces and accessible sidewalks and entrance.
