I'm from Indiana just moved to Florida and this has to be the friendliest, cleanist, and fastest facility I've been to I really enjoy the people. Great job guys

I was surprised today when I got a call from the manager Ashley. She contacted me regarding a concern I expressed previously about issues with the monitors used to check in and the additional time it was costing donors. She addressed my concerns and was extremely pleasant. She also informed me of a work around to help speed things up until the new monitors arrive, as they are currently on back order. I went and donated plasma yesterday. At this location and Because of the staff, it was an amazing experience the young lady that did my intake. I believe her name was is Amanda she was very helpful very friendly and also funny, she definitely made the experience A great one i will definitely be coming back to this location
The staff is great. . The center I donate is a 30 minute drive from my house and about $15 in gas. I have a 9 o’clock appointment this morning that must attend. When I arrived at CSL this morning, the computers were down to check in. That was at 7:00 AM. After multiple attempts, no one could get them working. The girl at the counter tried to help me login using the app and we could not get it to happen. It was a big loop of problems that would not allow me to login.
