When they answer the phone, they don't state who they are nor the company name.. they immediately say please hold and let you sit there for however long you want to sit there (because nobody's coming back to your line) Your best bet is to go to BioLife! It's cleaner, you can make an appointment for your visit and they pay more! Thank me later!
What a wildly different experience from my visit at the Fowler location. I was in and out. Everyone was so kind and fast. They actually spoke to the donors like human beings and the music wasn’t blasting so it was easy to hear the phlebotomist and other attendant. I would rather drive a little further to this location.

This facility is fast and efficient. All of their phlebotomist are skilled. I never have any pain nor do I have to ask for a preferred person to stick me. All of their phlebotomist staff are skilled and extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking to donate CSL’s Temple Terrace location is your destination.
Place is absolute trash it’s been a week I cannot fully extend my arm out the girl needs to be fired for being aggressive & unprofessional. These are the results everyday after.
