Place is absolute trash it’s been a week I cannot fully extend my arm out the girl needs to be fired for being aggressive & unprofessional. These are the results everyday after.
Everyone is very nice
I’ve been to a couple of centers and this one is one of the cleanest and one of the most efficient ones. Some days you gotta wait but these folks be goin above and beyond. I respect that. Super friendly too
When I entered CSL Plasma, I stood patiently at the counter clearly marked “Welcome.” Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing welcoming about the experience. A young lady in a blue uniform walked from a glass-enclosed area, came behind the counter to speak with a coworker, then opened a cabinet near me yet never once acknowledged my presence. No eye contact. No “hello.” No “I’ll be right with you.” She closed the cabinet and walked right back to her coworker, continuing to ignore me entirely. Still, I remained patient. S... read more
