Place is going down hill 5 of the new machines have already been down for going on multiple weeks the staff stands around or chats before they do their job I'd recommend finding a different location oh and they'll never pick up the phone
Honestly, if i could leave no stars, I would. My fiancee and i come here often, he a little more than I. He comes in religiously, twice a week. He came in shortly after the new machines set up, and the staff blew his vein within 5 minutes. He was paid for his time, but then got a deferral for over a month! Thats crazy. The staff are nice, but thats the only positive thing to say about this place. There could be 20 of us in line, with 5 staff on the floor and 1 person checking people in. Staff is horrible, they act like they doing you a huge favor by sticking your arm and drawing plasma from your blood....no no no its the other way around I'm doing you a favor by keeping you employed and helping you get the medicine you need to save life's... so therefore I don't need you...nor your chump change
