Very poorly ran. Extremely long wait times because of understaffing and poor management. Go to BioLife instead if you can.
The lady with black hair and tattoo on her neck is so damn rude. I used to come twice a week for over 3 years. She has made it to where my husband, our friend, and I all stopped coming. She is incredibly condescending and just mean. The older lady on booth 2 she wears glasses and has black hair is insufferable. Every time I come and get her there is some problem and she has the biggest attitude. I'm sure there are many others who would love that job in this economy. Going to Parachute in Siloam from now on just purely based on that employee. I have a feeling most of your bad reviews are because of her.
This place needs to be checked by someone. The staff are incompetent, and clearly do not know how to do their job.
