This is the slowest plasma center I've ever been too. Don't expect to be seen for at least 2 hours AFTER you do the 3-4 hours for your physical. No joke I've waited the last two times for almost 2 hours before I got to donate. I'll be getting my bonus and going back to another center. I've seen the nurse just priming machines but not taking anybody out of line. Ridiculous waste of time for not even 40 bucks.
A lady that works at csl in Springdale AR was very rude she was making fun of my laugh while doing my vitals her name is Nancy
Place is going down hill 5 of the new machines have already been down for going on multiple weeks the staff stands around or chats before they do their job I'd recommend finding a different location oh and they'll never pick up the phone
Honestly, if i could leave no stars, I would. My fiancee and i come here often, he a little more than I. He comes in religiously, twice a week. He came in shortly after the new machines set up, and the staff blew his vein within 5 minutes. He was paid for his time, but then got a deferral for over a month! Thats crazy. The staff are nice, but thats the only positive thing to say about this place. There could be 20 of us in line, with 5 staff on the floor and 1 person checking people in.
