She made me feel comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout my experience. Her kindness and positive attitude truly stood out, and it’s clear that she takes pride in helping others. From the time I arrived until the time I finished donating, all the staff and some customers were very helpful and friendly. Nikki N. went far and beyond helping me with the check in process. My phlebo tech Erika was very skilled at venipucture, hardly felt the stick. CSL Plasma made me feel good donating plasma. The staff was great and the vibe was friendly. I would definitely recommend the facility for donating if it's your first time. My experience was wonderful and I will be returning for future donations.
