Good staff!
I love going here! I feel like I need to share my opinion about what happened to me last Monday. I was in the donation bay and the person who stuck me was Nicole. She hurt me, it felt like she stabbed the needle in too hard. It made my leg jump. When I go back if she is back there I will be asking for someone else. I normally don't leave bad reviews but I felt like it was needed for this instance. I will continue to go but not to her section. Thank you!
Tai and the nurse I think her name was Tanya the nurse( she did my physical and then came out on the floor to help because they were short-staffed.) completely made my visit the best today. From beginning to end it was awesome. I appreciate you both.

Edit to add the racism you get here when you're a white person. This will be my last visit!!!! DISGUSTING. Never in any kind of quick timely manner for donors. Currently just had to wait 30 minutes while 2 if your workers tag teamed take downs and set ups, or aimlessly walked back and forth laughing between the 2 while the donor line only grew. Machienes were set up and ready for new donors for at LEAST 15 minutes while they just walked around. There is no need to make us wait simply because its early and you arent awake yet... read more
