I have enjoyed the staff members at CSL plasma donation place off 50th Street and McArthur they are very nice and helpful and always polite and friendly I enjoy coming to this place and donating I always come back to this place this is my home for donating.
Great experience helping with medical needs of others. Caring, welcoming people at every position. Fast equipment and great compensation for donating. Two concerns I have experience: 1. not always enough staff, 3 or 4 hour in/out times and 2. poor sticks that take a long time with the light blicking, beeping and resets or stopping early and not getting red cell back more than once/got deferred for 2 months.
They have a friendly and helpful staff
You'll get a wait anywhere you go so not an issue but that's the only thing that can be kind of a nuisance but I've been to all the CSL in the Oklahoma City area and warr acres is the best one in my opinion. Good group of people , only real issue is when you're done sometimes it takes a good minute or something to come take you off the machine I understand there's limited staff and they got to dress up machines while doing their other tasks so it's just one of the things you got to deal with we all know what we're walking in... read more
