Very unprofessional people with the exception of Mo and a few other select people. Drop the rif-raf and keep the people who remain good employees. Or not .

Worse plasma donation place in OKC Most inefficiently ran place of business I’ve ever been to Who ever manages this location should be fired and never manages anything else
You need a little extra this the place to come.people are nice efficient and know what they are doing.Its not just about donating and receiving money you are also helping others as well what can it hurt.Help save a life.
It has taken them an hour to call ONE person. I'm staring at 10 beds ready to go.... And NO ONE has been called for an hour !! It's as if they are TRYING to disrespect us and waste our time !!! Not worth it, they have a line to the WALL and they are CALLING NO ONE !!! I'm going back to BioLife, because this is BEYOND disrespectful !!! This whole place is like an exercise in worthlessness and disrespect. I wish I could give this place an absolutely zero star review !!
