This is the 2nd time i come during the week and its closed before 7pm. On top of that when i do come, it always takes awhile to donate because they are understaffed! Their needs to be an increase in donor fees if this is just going to be a normal thing

The young lady who "helped " me was condescending and hateful. Try another location!
They are slow and they keep changing how much money you will get to donate why should I fill a container for a different price each time that’s crazy they get paid the same amount every time they sell our plasma but we get different amounts each time?!? Why is that ethical at all! They say it goes by weight, but my container is still just as full as it was when I weighed 5 pounds more and got $73 But now they wanna give me $53 because I weigh a few pounds less than I did last time? Yet the container is still completely full!... read more
