Mid customer service, very understaffed.
This location sucks.. I just stood at the front counter for 20mins without being helped. But best believe the ladies sitting right behind the counter kept turning around looking at me without even saying a single word to me.
This location has been my go to for plasma donation. You go through the entire process to get vitals see the nurse watch videos answer/ask questions it does take time. They you get to a chair to be stuck with a new lady that is completely incompetent to stick people. She blew my vein. Hugh hematoma/knot happened…Ice and wrap applied immediately. Then, another lady stuck my other arm successfully. My donation was completed. They I come back 4/5 days later unable to donated because my hematoma was more than 2 inches In diamete... read more
