It takes longer to be disconnected than it does to donate. They will leave you sitting there FOR-EV-VER. They will walk past you a thousand times after your donation is completed, before they disconnect you. They are literally just wasting your time for NO reason. Meanwhile everyone in the bullpen waits forever because they won't disconnect you. It's ridiculous. If you can avoid this place, then avoid it. It would be a smooth operation if it weren't for massive incompetence and inefficiency.
If I could give 0 stars I would get up there wait for a hour in the cold because they weren't open on time get to the booth just to be turned down because I'm .1 over the temperature and won't let me retake never coming back and no wonder everyone is leaving this shity place don't go new donors take 5 hour supposed to be 3 everyone rather talk than do their job manager fights with associates all around bad go else where
DONT GO HERE!!! They have unexperienced people working here and they don't care about the people! Been donating for over 5 years and this is the worst place I've ever been too!
These run down plasma centers profits millions$ off of desperate poor people. DONT RISK UR HEALTH DONT DONATE HERE. Each bottle of plasma makes CSL thousands$ yet they gv donors a couple 20s. The workers aren't licensed professionals. Ur donation should be based on ur weight, yet CSL pulls the max of 1000ml on EVERYBODY including lightweight donors!! That puts u at RISK of severely DEHYDRATION N PLASMA SHOCK that can be fatal! The machines aren't properly operated, sanitize n quality assurance CLEARED. Which poses safety ris... read more
