Place is very slow very under staffed management dont care they just sit around and eat in the office while we stand in line for almost a hour

I won't be coming back to any CSL dononaion clinics because donors are not provided chairs to sit in while waiting to donate. I was told that donors are not expected to be standing long enough for the wait to matter. I have health issues that make it very painful to stand for long periods. I waited, standing, for 32 minutes and am in pain even as I type this review. I've donated at another clinic and it is, I suppose, company policy.
