The facility was super clean and awesome. The staff was more than friendly and amazing. This process was faster than I expected and the entire experience was super excellent and I appreciate the fact that they also call the next day to check in on you when your first time donor so Excellent experience

Probably won’t be going back, their incompetence lead to bruising on my left arm and as the phlebotomist started to wiggle the needle around in my arm I told her to stop and literally said “use the other arm you hit the wrong spot and now my arms going to bruise” they used the other arm. Sure enough I go back and I can’t donate because the bruise on my left arm is too big, so I don’t get to donate due to their incompetence even though my right arm is fine. New machines are horrible. Termed again for the machines issue. Will not return. Have lost 2 donors. Update to reply. I do not call 800 numbers for corp. You had the chance to fix it and didn't.
