I was the only one in line and yet the vitals (returner) took 30 mins!! Totally unacceptable for employees to not work with some sense of urgency. Felt like a new donor all over again. Will not be returning
The initial process as a first time donor here at this office is straight-forward. You would spend at least 3 hours here as a first time donor. You walk in and the staff is friendly and attentative.
The phlebotomists Jose, Tiff are great people! Awesome customer service and fast and efficient service.
