Once you’re in the chair the donation is quick but you have to stand in this long line which wouldn’t be so bad if the workers were better organized. I feel like maybe they need better management but idk standing an hour in line for vitals is crazy
They need more workers takes a lot of time to check into the front other then that it’s ok they need more promotions. It would be better and bring back the crackers and water.
Update . So im a new returning donor so im familiar on how this works i know there machines in the vital area are wacked out they say my pulse is supper high all the time and its never like that at any other donor place . For the most part staff is amazing and pretty fast..I think the phlebotomist are all pretty good i recommend jasmine she is awesome . And they still have the new returning donor payout which is Amazing. Thats what keeps me coming back .
