I take machines are broken, so only 1 is available to do the pre health questionnaires. During peak times they have limited staff working the vitals and donations sections. Biolife and grifols are top notch relative to this place. Expect each RETURN donation to take 2-3 hours. The initial donation takes 3-4 hours. They do give you a one time front of the line pass, save it for the donation line
One of the nurse was giving me attitude and being disrespectful cause she was on her time of the month especially when I ask for an other rep to help me, when I ask for the manager , manager said I should take the disrespect and reported afterwards. I'm not a snake I address disrespectful behavior right away. Vindictive and hipocrisity thank you for the permanent deferral .
