This company just doesn't have its shit together and doesn't care. They told me on the phone that if I didn't have my social security card I could bring an official government document with the SSN on it. I went with my Army discharge papers and they told me that they had to run me through their third party verification system, which I had been warned has a staggeringly high error rate. I came in today as a new donor , the gentleman who helped me get hooked to the machine was amazing with his customer service! He was absolutely nice and inviting and gave me so many options to ask anything I may have needed to the center was really nice ! All staff I dealt with During my visit were amazing even the manager S/O to CSL PLASMA!!
The facility is clean and the floor staff is consistent. That is as far as my compliments can I am afraid. When I went to ask a staff meet a question because it was my first time donating, FIRST she said to me it wasn’t my first time donating, which is rude in itself and irresponsible because she had zero clue who I was so how could she know anything about me especially if I had ever donated or not?
