My experience here today was painful and horrible

This plasma center has a problem with timing.... Every time I come they are late opening up. They also wait until the doors open to actually set up for donors which makes the wait time even longer. However the worst part that I just found out is that every 2 Wednesday of the month they have a staff meeting and the center doesn't open up until 7am. They notified no one and the door still reads 6am. To have customers standing outside for an additional hour because of lack of communication is unprofessional. This just lets me k... read more
