Very professional Staffing was courteous looking forward to see them again
I don’t think I will be returning to the center because if there’s one thing I truly dislike is inconsistencies with people. If on Saturday I was told one thing but then on Monday I’m told the opposite and when I ask who can I speak with and the response is no one which is know is not true, that’s a huge issue for me and I can’t see myself returning here with chaos. This plasma donation has awesome Atmosphere and highly skilled staff.
Black middle aged lady with glasses was very rude and disrespectful. Raising her voice because I had questions. I was irritated but the difference was I held my composure and tone. Although this is a plasma donation center customer service skills should still be used. I felt disrespected, misinformed or lied to. And to top it off she raised her voice at me twice in a angry manner.
