First time experience NEW Came in at 10:13 waited 10 min to get help and 30 min to see a video. Nobody on the front desk at all dont know why. Nobody answers the phone do to everyone assigned to do something. I think they need to hire someone to not leave the front desk at all. I saw people come and look around wait and leave. Waited from 4:30 to 6:00 waiting on a seat. I set and appointment and still waited till about 6:15 before I just left
Terrible negligence by the whole staff, Ally in particular. She doesn’t know how to stick people properly and she messed up the nerves in my left arm because of her incompetence with a needle. She also caused my brothers blood to clot, again because she has incompetence with a needle she does not need that job if she doesn’t have basic knowledge of how to stick people. Nobody cares how fast you wanna get people out stop sticking them with no regard to where the vein actually is.
Staff was not polite nor communicative. I waited thirty plus minutes before they even started my new donor process. The other staff was laughing and joking knowing people were waiting. Completely and utterly unprofessional. If times weren’t hard I wouldn’t have stayed . Will not be back unless I have no choice
