I would like to leave an honest review on coming here. Let me start of by saying to John Doe a donor that came in towards 5pm should've realized that it was going to be like a lil slow. Then you want to complain about the nurses? Ive been coming to this center since 10/24 and have never had a bad experience. Extremely slow and can be incompetent.. left both my arms so bruised it looked like I was hit with a sledge hammer. The 1st nurse put the needle in left it hanging then got another nurse who wiggled the needle around causing extreme pain before getting a 3rd nurse who did the same thing then said she had to do the other arm I refused and they had a mental breakdown stating a signed a waiver allowing them to restik me ! I wish i could post pictures of my arms .. I've donated at bioplasma before and never had an issue
No one it trained in phlebotomy. Have non professionals sticking your main arteries. Blew my major vein because they don't bother to check on you. Equipment not maintained on the regular. Staff does not offer anything to eat or nothing to drink until AFTER donation.
First time experience NEW Came in at 10:13 waited 10 min to get help and 30 min to see a video. Nobody on the front desk at all dont know why. Nobody answers the phone do to everyone assigned to do something. I think they need to hire someone to not leave the front desk at all. I saw people come and look around wait and leave.
