CSL was a great plasma center, because the staff were very nice, and the actual process donating plasma wasn’t very painful.
Worst service everrrr, I walk In at 8:19am was waiting for two hours to be roomed because I was a returning donor. When they finally call me to a room, was in the room for almost 40 more minutes. Then by error the lady hit deferred, she explained that she need to call to know you who and I need to wait another hour or more to get that deferred lifted to continue the process. Thank you for nothing!!
Please update online hours to match new hours. I wasted money coming there to donate today and yall were closed
The ladies at the front desk are nice. Unfortunately their supervisor can't answer a simple question like "can I donate after have having ACL surgery 5 weeks ago"; that is he won't answer until after I do an hour of setup and pre donation videos. You just lost a donor with A negative blood type permanently. It's not ok to waiste my time or your staff's time like that. It's very disrespectful.
They are always closed when they supposed to be open people kinda of depend on that back up money very selfish of the company to even let that happen I want be returning to CSL
