Incompent "workers" who don't know how to properly examine patients. Waited 2 hours to make it to the donor floor after seeing an examiner and medical only for several nurses on the donor floor to claim that the discoloration on my black skin was a "bruise" and then told me that I was not able to donate. Why was this "bruise" not seen noticed by the first examiner? Why was this "bruise" not noticed when I went to medical? The staffs were friendly. It was my first time there and when I told them about how everyone were professional. They said they have gotten all new staffs as the old ones were replaced. So anyone who have been here months ago and had bad experience. You can come back and give it a try. I'm bringing in my friend next time for her to donate. It was a pretty great experience for me and I'll be happy to donate at this location twice a week
The worst CSL I’ve ever been to. Avoid going early, 6 times the staff hasn’t shown up to open on time. There are some good people there though.
They have you waiting for forever. I got here 30 mins early to donate in the morning when they open, after getting off a third shift from the hospital. This is currently going on. I was told to go to medical for my physical and wait for a ghost like I don’t have a life. I’m still siting here like I don’t want to go to sleep
