Been here maybe 4 times and 3 of the 4 I left with a bruised or messed up arm . The last time I went my arm swelled up and got bruised. I was telling them I felt a lot of pain in the arm and they had no urgency whatsoever to attend me. 2 weeks later I still feel pain in the arm! I was told by a worker they don’t even need a phlebotomist license . That they train in house . And it all makes sense now!. I won’t be donating anywhere now. ever again.
Overall experience was great ,miss shay made it superb . Always is very accommodating to any questions and concerns .
Ja is a very caring person and does an outstanding job!!!
Ja has been very polite and has excellent customer service skills with her singing and laughing brightens up a person day
