Was supposed to get $100 for each of the first 5 donations the last one I did gave $75:they said amount changed then said they would add $25 but that was a lie the last time I went they spilled my return blood after that I cant donate for 2 months

Plasma donations have gotten bad here. The pay is ridiculous $120 for normal donors. I’m to the point I don’t even care to donate because It seems all the phlebotomist have a hard time sticking me. Let’s face It people these centers are nothing but for profit and less with helping people. I am fed up believing I am actually helping people when all I’m doing Is getting paid $120 a week just to get deferred multiple times past 2 months and still get bruised. Came today and amber needs retraining or something she was rude at the front desk had a lot of people just sitting for hours without checking them in then clocked out and left without telling her replacement anything it was black lady that came up around 2pm very helpful she is the only reason I didn’t do 1 star

I do not recommend this plasma donation center. I had been donating with CSL for a while and switched locations because I moved. My experience at the Fayetteville location has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled. When I transferred I was told I needed to get a form completed by my doctor. The required for was submitted, and I waited three weeks while making multiple calls to follow up. I switched centers from ohio to north Carolina everytime I donate it shows an error like I'm someone else and a manager has to override whatever the problem i explained to Racine the manager on duty that this was the process she dismissed me as if I was lying I explained that no one knew how to fix the issue but the manager that seen me on previous days and that they had to call her to get it fixed not only did she completely ignore me she hit the wrong thing and got me deffered I'm am a long way from home and now I'm strand... read more
