1st time going. Sat and watched a video 27 mins. 1 person ahead of me. 1 hour later I asked how much longer. Rude girl at desk says “as long as it takes.” Me and my wife decided to do this to help support community and supplement income. The 700$ a month is a lie. Read the asterisk. I went to SCL Plasma to donate, but they clearly told me I couldn’t donate because I don’t speak English well. I brought two other people with me, and they also refused to help or attend to us. We were all willing to cooperate and follow instructions. It felt unfair and discriminatory. Just because we don’t speak perfect English doesn’t mean we don’t understand or can’t help. I hope this place improves how they treat Spanish-speaking donors.
Incompent "workers" who don't know how to properly examine patients. Waited 2 hours to make it to the donor floor after seeing an examiner and medical only for several nurses on the donor floor to claim that the discoloration on my black skin was a "bruise" and then told me that I was not able to donate. Why was this "bruise" not seen noticed by the first examiner? Why was this "bruise" not noticed when I went to medical? Why did the staff at this location waste 2 hours of my time just to deny me on the donor floor? All this... read more
The staffs were friendly. It was my first time there and when I told them about how everyone were professional. They said they have gotten all new staffs as the old ones were replaced. So anyone who have been here months ago and had bad experience. You can come back and give it a try. I'm bringing in my friend next time for her to donate. It was a pretty great experience for me and I'll be happy to donate at this location twice a week
The worst CSL I’ve ever been to. Avoid going early, 6 times the staff hasn’t shown up to open on time. There are some good people there though.
