I love coming here. The wait times usually aren’t too bad, and the other donors are pretty friendly, so even when you do have to wait, it’s not too bad. The staff is always nice and easy to talk to, and the facility is always clean. It just has a really great atmosphere overall!
The employees I come across are cool very friendly love to smile and laugh yes the lines be long but that due to the date and time u go but simply open ur app and it tells you the wait times
If you value your time this is not the place to give your time to ...over excessive wait . example come in at 830 am it will be 1130 12 pm still nothing.
Went from being the 2nd person in line to the 9th because they made a new rule that you has to scan your phone (survey app) at the front desk instead of them doing it at the booths. What was wrong with how they were doing it before? If its not broke dont fix it! So basically me coming here early and waiting in the cold went to waste.
EXCELLENT Staff, good stickers, machines faster! From new donor to return donor the process was & is fast!
