Went from being the 2nd person in line to the 9th because they made a new rule that you has to scan your phone (survey app) at the front desk instead of them doing it at the booths. What was wrong with how they were doing it before? If its not broke dont fix it! So basically me coming here early and waiting in the cold went to waste.
EXCELLENT Staff, good stickers, machines faster! From new donor to return donor the process was & is fast!
This was my first time donating they were very attentive. When I spoke up saying that I didn't feel right they immediately started asking questions trying to figure out the problem and taking care of me.
Today is my seventh donation. The last too donations have taken almost as long as the first time. The staff made an accident on my info and it seems like it is costing me time to get it fixed. It is supposed to be a streamline process but has been anything but that. I have been to every plasma center in Fayetteville and this one is by far the most poorly run. I would only come to this location for the new donor fees because it is not worth the wait. After this week I will go elsewhere that is better trained and more together... read more
