Well I was going to write something about the place not even answering the phone but I see that’s a regular in these reviews. I’ve literally called 10 times back to back and no answer. This business not gone be here for too much longer if yall don’t know how to hire people to do a simple job by answering phones when people call

Called the main company number when the actual site never answered. They said I can donate as a walk in even though I set up an appointment. I drove from Carson (from school) to Anaheim. And wasted all my gas for them to tell me when I walked in that they’re not accepting new donors… mind you it was 12pm on the dot they close at 7pm. The lady on the phone told me to come three hours before they close at least if I wanna get seen, but I showed up seven hours. Horrible customer service, I was told to come in and got there and was told no more walkins and it was 10:00 am and the girl had horrible attitude
I scheduled an “appointment“ at the Anaheim center as a new donor via the app. As a Monday afternoon it was supposed to not be busy at all. I carefully prepared for the appointment by drinking tons of water the 48 hours surrounding my donation. I ate a large low fat meal before showing up, and I had all my documents ready to go. I was looking forward to everything running smoothly. I have donated plasma dozens of times and am very familiar with the procedure.
