I always have a crappy experience there… they need better promotions for existing donors.
The center is shutting down because management failed to supervise staffing efficiency, workers abused payroll while donor processing dragged out, and corporate realized they were losing money fast. They didn’t fix it — they pulled the plug. Now the staff are being silently dropped and the donors are being scattered, treated like lab rats, and left with nothing but wasted hours and empty apologies.
Well I was going to write something about the place not even answering the phone but I see that’s a regular in these reviews. I’ve literally called 10 times back to back and no answer. This business not gone be here for too much longer if yall don’t know how to hire people to do a simple job by answering phones when people call
THIS PLACE IS GOING TO SHUT DOWN AND NEAREST LOCATION FROM ANAHEIM IS SAN BERNARDINO SO UNJUSTIFIED AND THE WORKERS WILL LOSE THERE JOBS NOT COOL ... ON THE BRIGHT SIDE THEY UPD THE PAY
Called the main company number when the actual site never answered. They said I can donate as a walk in even though I set up an appointment. I drove from Carson (from school) to Anaheim. And wasted all my gas for them to tell me when I walked in that they’re not accepting new donors… mind you it was 12pm on the dot they close at 7pm. The lady on the phone told me to come three hours before they close at least if I wanna get seen, but I showed up seven hours.
