Shitty service from the beginning to end, zero urgency, the bonus ends, but it is in fine print, so you miss it, no band aids after sticking your finger, consistent saline shortage.
I had a deeply upsetting experience at CSL Plasma. I came in with the intention to donate and support their cause, but I was met with hostility and exclusion that felt racially motivated. Despite meeting all requirements, I was denied the opportunity to donate without clear or valid explanation.
