I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. I spent over 2 hours going through the entire intake process, only to be disqualified at the very end for being honest about my medical history. Meanwhile, it’s obvious others are not truthful and are allowed to donate without issue. If you saw my ‘yes’ responses, why not clarify them immediately instead of wasting hours of my time? This place is the worst they are always understaffed and they have one nurse checking people in than ask you to wait an hour for them to check you even though you were there first this place should be shut down
Told someone would be right with us, waited 20 mins at the counter. Multiple employees walked right by. Ignored. Left.
