Great 👍😃 staff! I've been donating plasma for CSL since I was in my 20's. The "new old" machines came out today. The donation process took longer than it usually does. Not bad just 15 minutes extra. The phlebotomists are very professional, and nearly perfect in placing the needle every time! You can see during busy times how the staff rearranges so people go to where the work is at. Therefore, your not going to be stuck waiting that long...all of a sudden the line disappears because certain people on the staff helped out ... read more

Oh no, they are getting rid of the new machines. Back to 45 minutes to an hour in the chair, no thanks. Time to stop once they old machines get here. Back to 3 stars. People are still good people at least. The last few months this place has turned it around. The new machines get you in and out much faster. They have more people checking you in now and more people in the back. Most of the times I'm in and out under an hour. As always the staff is always been friendly and fun to be around.
