Today I went in to donate a second time in my life and the woman who hooked me up and got me started was incredibly rude. I mean to put it lightly she made me CRY. TWICE. She was very snappy and was treating me like I was stupid. This ruined my entire experience giving the first time I donated was pleasant. I will not be returning due to how I was treated. Shout out to Katrina who was so sweet to me, and another black girl with long dark and light brown braids (didn’t get her name)
The last few months this place has turned it around. The new machines get you in and out much faster. They have more people checking you in now and more people in the back. Most of the times I'm in and out under an hour. As always the staff is always been friendly and fun to be around. Although it would be nice if the difference in donation from the first to the second wasn't so much of a gap, I must say I'm very pleased with what they've done since my last post.
