Very under staffed. Someone doesn’t know what scheduling is I guess and when busy times are/arent…the older blonde employee in the back thinks she’s a doctor and ALWAYS anxious to deny someone donating vs letting them donate . Expect to wait to be screened minimum 15-20 minutes and wait to get in a chair 10-20minutes and then 10minutes to get stuck in the chair. You’d think they would have a system like BioMat but…negative. They pay less too
Honestly I have been coming to this center for almost 4 or 5 years now and honestly it's only gotten worse and worse they do the pass and then you watch people fight over using them, then you got staff standing around talking a lot and dont do there jobs. One day I sat waiting to get unhooked for over 30 minutes well you had 3 staff standing there talking bout what they were going to do after work. Donating plasma is an amazing thing to do for people in need! The atmosphere in this location is so friendly and welcoming. The employees seem to remember returning people. From Crystal helping people in front to Daphne making sure people are comfortable while donating. This will be the only place I donate.
This donation center falsely claimed that my mother in law had a disease when she really didn’t. Then proceeded to defer her AFTER she went to her doctors and proved she was clean from everything. Then they continuously kept telling her there’s nothing they can do about deferring her. These people are rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful.
