This use to be an awesome place to donate The service is awful, understaffed & now it opens at 9. when it opened at 7 I was out by 9 Awful place of business
Well the staff is nice and stuff but what I don't like why it's two stars is the inconsistency of the hours and nobody picks up the phone just to verify because on Google at 1.2 weeks ago it said that they were going to be open up to 7:00 p.m. just to find out when they had that sign they were not open up to 7:00 p.m. they valued it for 2 days and then they went back to 6:00 p.m. I usually go to the one in Franklin Park when this happens despite working in the city and dealing with traffic at wicker Park . Lana you are missed, I hope ALL is well
This location is awful. Constant early closing and reasons to not take donors. Running out of supplies and literally wil close for anything. They don't open the doors on time and ware often angry when they do let people in. If possible, choose a different location.
