The staff and the help you get there are too notch! Chrystal and Nurse C treated me well and helped me with my first day making it an enjoyable experience
Great service and friendly staff
Most staff were cordial but I had to wait a long time to complete my first donation (3 hours). I went with the flow and got paid as anticipated. However, I think the needle was inserted in me carelessly. I have donated before several times at another center with no issues. It's been 3 days and my arm is still sore and all purple.
Great facility for donating very professional and the staff is so helpful definitely one of the best in the metroplex.
