This is the slowest most unprofessional donation center! Standing on line to donate for 2.5 hrs This time it's 3 hours in line! Still haven't made it to the floor * Received an automated response lol. Here is the information you want. 1. Not enough employees 2. Bad management 3. Faulty equipment-only 1 completely usable bay 4. Employees that are more concerned with arguing with each other or talking about each other. Leaving donors for 20 mins for a disconnect. Terrible! One of the worst run places of business I ve ever seen. Constantly short staffed. When they are staffed it's still slow. There are a handful of hard working dedicated people there that seem to always be frustrated because they are understaffed. I would recommend going anywhere else. Seriously. They make a great deal of money off each donation. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of service here. You might think, it can't be that bad. I ASSURE you it is! You were warned!!
I do not have to donate. I do it because someone I love is dependent on plasma. I have seen staff be mistreated horribly by donors and they remained professional. If you plan to donate here are a few fun facts 1. Yes it hurts a little but it’s definitely tolerable. Unless your a wimp then don’t bother 2. Yes there will be some bruising, just like there would be if your needed an IV while in the hospital 3. The staff here are doing their job to the best of their ability.
