Wish I could leave a zero star. My first donation ever I had a citrate reaction and was literally convulsing on the table asking for help and the staff all stood around staring at me not knowing what to do. Useless.
I do not recommend any one to go there unless you like to be disrespected or you don’t mind the employees talking to you like you are a child in the wrong. They say the new donor takes about 3-4 hours but you stuck waiting for 3 hours before someone calls your name. CSL is very unprofessional donate at CSL at your own descrestion but don’t say I did tell you. Best luck
Only 25 people in line and I waited 3 hours before I even got a bed. Doesn't help when staff likes to stand around and talk about unrelated work stuff.
people like to put out chairs in front of the door in the morning (Before it even opens) then leave them there and hang out in there car...which is absolutely rude and then when it opens they expect to get back right in front of line. ummm u should have been and stayed out here.....just saying. Plus people like to go to medical and try to cut back in line 😑
