Wouldn't recommend this place. They're the parking police. Don't park in the wrong spot or Jess won't let you donate, doesn't matter if your numbers are ok to give
Friendly & professional staff. Sometimes wait can be long due to understaffing but alot of plasma centers have long wait times. Never had a bad stick in my years of comming here!
The way things are handled here literally looks like something out of a sitcom. Imagine playing musical chairs for hours over paperwork.. unprofessional, slow. Sloppy. Not many good descriptors for this place. Consistently the slowest and most poorly run plasma center in all of NE Ohio.
Rude and understaffed. Fire Katie immediately. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU GOT 4 HOURS TO SPARE
