CSL is a busy place, so the wait can be lengthy. There's a lot involved that just takes time. The staff is great. Knowledgeable and friendly. It's a good cause, and the money's nice too.
They never open on time I come on the mornings because it’s supposed to be easier it worse then coming after work I wait even longer in the mornings
All staff is excellent here.
Ive had 3 hematomas in a row from the incompetent techs from Csl.And now im deferred because Of their carelessness Your inept staff needs to be retrained.And the email i sent to corporate has been ignored. Terrible place to donate plasma. Go to Biolife..they are professionals
