Friendly and professional staff.. they keep the line moving and always answer any questions along the process. Clean facility and big parking lot. Never a problem with payments, always on the card the moment you leave. It's a great cause to support, and a great place if you ever wanted to donate !
They are very unprofessional the staff are very rude and this Pacific facility have the worst price rates in all csl plasma centers I don’t recommend anyone to go there
