The staff could be more professional but my main complaint is with alot of the other donors. Multiple times Ive gon in here and while waiting in line to be screened, there is ALWAYS some dirtbag right behind me gagging, coughing, sneezing, etc and they do not cover their mouths or turn away. Several, not all, of the donors are just utterly disgusting. How can people be such dirtbags and go into a crowded place and just start coughing and sneezing all over other people? GROSS!
