CSL plasma is going down the drain. They're over working the last few good employees that's left, all of the good ones are gone and now it's to many donors leaving. Management telling all they business is it a work place or and soap opera
Liza and dejanet are the best workers ever. They are always here and deserve a raise. The customer service is awesome. Not just talking been coming since the place opened well deserved raise
Was a new donor and came in 5 times to do 2 donations, they find any reason to not have people donate, rude staff, impatience and sarcasm towards people with vasovagal response. I made the staff aware I have a genetic disorder and on my first donation, the staff was making rude comments at me when it happened and almost did whatever possible to make the donation more painful and talk down to me during and after the process, its a joy walking out of there as its not everyone's most favorite activity but because it helps peopl... read more
Slow process not worried about donor time everything is a process and drawn out instead of in screen donate and out it take way too long for them to have a lil these machines and staff but still don't have professional time management for donors this isn't there only job and they should treat donors like we are needed not disposable
