It's always a hassle free App .The people that work there, are very knowledgeable employees not arguing with other employees. The atmosphere all around as a great atmosphere!
There's a huge line to get the initial screening with one lady doing it and 3 other employees just wandering about gossiping looking at nothing.
“Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend” I really wanted to believe this place cared about both donors and employees, but my experience said otherwise. The staff seemed rushed and overworked, and it showed in how poorly customers were treated. From the moment I walked in, the process felt chaotic and unorganized — long waits, little communication, and no sense of compassion for the people actually donating. 1 Star Review This place is a joke. The waits are ridiculous — hours sitting around while staff walk past like you don’t exist. When you finally get called, the process feels rushed and careless, like you’re just a number they’re trying to push through. The vibe is cold, disorganized, and hostile, and it shows that employees are overworked and burned out. I mean... cmon If you care about your time or how you’re treated, avoid this location.
