Staff is grateful but the manager is horrible she is young and immature, I being there many times the security hates when I go there to the location on archer Road because I get there late do to me coming from work and it takes a long time for me to donate security gets mad for taking long for donation. Finally they found and exuded to kick out of the donating CSL. Manager had employees ask at my tatoos and o said a couple of months. Everyone was very polite and informative the process was very smooth and the donation went off without a hitch.
They said in two hours the cut will heal, it didn't and I had to apply my own wrap when I removed it after 2 hours to check and it healed in 12 hours not 2
Listed my tattoos wrong so I'm already accommodating for the staffs mistakes on my second visit. After reviewing said tattoos for what is now the second time I'm prompted to wait in the lobby, and after doing so I'm requested to go into yet another room to review all of the tattoos again (as if they magically change when I walk into different rooms). A blatant waste of my time and I am extremely irritated.
