The staff is great. Everyone is nice, I feel they always look for a reason for you not to donate. You have a scratch on your arm, your heart rate is 101 and 100 is the minimum, you didn't eat enough, you sneezed the wrong way Also, they are very very very very short staffed. Usually only 2 people taking the vitals and sometimes only 1. Otherwise my experience is usually positive. I love helping people through my plasma donations but sometimes the process is less than favorable.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I BEEN COMING HERE ALL YEAR AND YOU GUYS STILL DONT TRY TO HIRE ANYBODY. ITS ALWAYS 1 PERSON SCREENING AND BEST BELIEVE SHE WORKS HARD. THE OLDER LADY TALL LIKE MADEA. ALL I EVER SEE HER DO IS WALK AROUND OR ALWAYS WANT TO GO ON BREAK EVERYTIME I COME IN. I NEVER SEE HER DO NOTHING AT ALL. I WAITED A HOUR AND SUM JUST TO GET SCREENED. Es inaceptable que se requiera más de una hora para realizar una donación, especialmente considerando la alta afluencia de personas y la limitada disponibilidad de personal, con solo cuatro empleados atendiendo a más de treinta personas y las camas vacías porque no hay personal llegue 7:20 y me tuve que ir 8:40 porque todavía faltaban más de 20 personas para poder donar
