Candice, Bria, Dusti are amazing! Even during a technical issue where the system was down! They maintained their composure and handled donors professionally. New donors and a Lobby stacked to the front door! Great team effort from the check in gals til the donation was completed
Dusti was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable!
Under staffing leading to poorly preforming and overwhelmed staff on shift. My husband needed medical care after his last donation due to an improper stick. Its not worth the risk. People's lives shouldn't be risked for such a rate. The good staff are then abused by the situation. Just a mess.
