Every time I come in here its always slow even when there's not alot of ppl I've came in a few times now and all I see is at least 2 co workers standing around unprofessional
Great place however getting unhooked takes a while, they need to let the donor leave before breaking down the machine. Right now you sit there and watch them. After waiting a while to get unhooked and it is annoying having to sit there longer to watch them do their job that can be easily done after you leave.
Worst experience ever, then my wife went in and she also had bad experiences along with them over wrapped her site and majorly bruised her to point she couldn't complete more donations, and they are so judgmental! Let's do better People! SMH
Best staff and freandly , professional especially dusty and Miranda , Rose . all the staff at bay rd is top notch .
