This donation center has gone down hill since I started donating. I went to donate a few weeks ago and the center had closed early due to lack of staff. Then they handed out fast passes for the inconvenience of those who made it to the center before they closed. This will cause longer wait times for those who attempted to donate that day in the future. The time prior to that, I spent over an hour and a half waiting in line to donate. Workers are lazy act like they don’t see your done, all management don’t care they have a shit review they won’t correct the workers they just say dumb shit til ur upset and start snapping on them, they need to do better or The corporation needs to shut this site down
