Got there my 1st time at 4:00 a heavy set woman told me that they short of staff and they can't take my plasma...
I just started donating here and Despite multiple successful donations. My first visit the needle completely missed my vein. The second time was successful, but a nurse confirmed the first miss. The third time the needle slipped and hit a nerve which was very painful. I told them, and offered the other arm but they sent me home and later told me I’m permanently deferred for “poor veins.” I believe this was due to rushed technique and staff error, not my veins as I have successfully donated at other locations.
