This donation center has multiple machines down and the wait is actually insane to get in the back to donate. My own personal opinion, make your life easier and stop taking in new donors when you can’t even service the ones you already have. We wait here 3 hours because you have like 8 machines working & then you guys throw multiple hours people in front of us just because they are new donors. Maybe stop taking new ones until you guys get yourselves together…
This was my second visit I must the staff was very kind and nice they explain everything to me from A-Z with no issues I’ll definitely be going back again for more services
Staff is very rude , called to ask a simple question and she immediately came at me with an attitude like I asked her to pick up the phone. She gave me an excuse that she “couldn’t look up my account because she wasn’t near a computer “ and eventually hung up the phone on me mid sentence. Highly unprofessional, lack proper communication skills
I like the Way Kayla the short one does the sticking in the arm very painless and she's very professional
