This place is a joke...came to donate there was no one upon arrival stand in screening for 15 with no one ahead of waiting to be called next i go to the line to donate one person ahead of me and lasted 56 min standing waiting to get seated with 6 phlebotomist on the floor and only 6 donors sitting down donating
Short staff employees hey have have no sense of urgency stop putting new donors before return donors it slows down the process. The money isn’t that good to make us wait such a long time. Nothing has changed I have been here since 1345 and I have not been stuck yet the staff are extremely slow I feel this place need new management after today I will never go to another csl again
