Honestly, my experience donating here has been horrible. I’ve never come across such poor customer service. It’s not even that I get angry, it’s more that I end up feeling uncomfortable and even unsafe at times. Many of the staff can be rude and dismissive, and their attitudes are often terrible. I’ve had multiple issues with nurses and staff not being able to properly document even the simplest responses. This location used to be great in and out in an hour and a half. Now, today, 8/25/25 i had to leave early for work reasons after spending nearly 40 minutes in the same line position waiting for a bed. Plenty of beds open plenty of people sticking. I'm breaking down, just slow to fill the beds
This is the second time it’s been blood and the second line where the beds are. They do nothing about it that’s not okay and that is not SAFE it got on me and she acting like she didn’t want to give me something wipe it off THIS IS CRAZY
My first experience, and just straight up horrible, how this place is still operating I cant even imagine. Imagine a 3 hour wait with no update on how much longer it will take until a staff member can help you. Also the app is useless when it comes to making appointments, it will tell you on the app the appointment is valid but the staff here would just tell you its no good bc they dont take appointments. What a joke of a business.
The customer service definitely went downhill at this location in the last few years. When they first opened it wasn’t so bad at all. The wait times were reasonable but something definitely changed the last few times I went in. Also, I observed one of the guys who pricks your fingers not changing his gloves between patients which puts everyone at risk.
