I came up a few days ago at 6 o clock with my id and social. The lady at the front informed me that they quit taking new donors but offered to look over my stuff. She said my stuff was fine come back in another day. So I come in at 3 pm today and the lady at rhe front told me my social security card and ID were not fine and to bring a W2. I go home and get my W2. Come back, and they tell me they are no longer taking new donors. After I was gone for 10 minutes. This place is a joke.
Decent place to donate plasma. However, they are often understaffed and the line to get placed in a bed and start your donation is often extremely long and slow moving. The employees tell you that you can leave anytime before you start your donation as long as you let someone know, but whenever you actually do tell someone you are leaving they act like you are ruining their entire day and will argue with you. This is the absolute worst plasma center in town. I have stopped going for this reason, this is the only plasma center thats given me a hematoma. Then the worker didn’t clamp the end and blood went everywhere all on my clothes, the floor, her coat. So embarrassing I had errands to run and couldn’t with blood on my clothes and everyone staring on my way out. A lot of the workers do nothing but stand around socializing while the lines continue to grow. 6 workers will be on the floor with only 1 sticking. Be prepared to wait sickening long times if you donate here.
I was a first time donor I all was though about it being that I hate needles I always refuse to do so thank you Chelsea very professional and friendly I will be back
