Very organized and clean! The staff members are great!
Please avoid! It’s more than just the money. They don’t respect their donors. They promise “bonuses” and then say just kidding… not for you. They defer you and can’t speak to the rationale. They “notify” you through FedEx. but require an in person signature. Every donor is not on welfare… some are not sitting at home… we work for a living. I’m deferred again for a biological false positive result. This has been documented by several physicians. CSL staff told me they had to google what that meant. CSL *Corporate* keeps this location chronically understaffed to maximize profits. The staff does the best they can with what they have, including on site management. The 40 year old plasma machines were replaced with 20 year old machines, resulting in lower processing times, but more plasma being taken than the old machines could. The (New for 2025) pay scale wasn't raised with the amount drawn per session, but spread over more weight classes to maximize profits.
