CSL *Corporate* keeps this location chronically understaffed to maximize profits. The staff does the best they can with what they have, including on site management. The 40 year old plasma machines were replaced with 20 year old machines, resulting in lower processing times, but more plasma being taken than the old machines could. The (New for 2025) pay scale wasn't raised with the amount drawn per session, but spread over more weight classes to maximize profits.
