Amazing place, I had the best experience with Lena. She was there for the whole experience from check in to the end. Very knowledgeable person about the whole process. Another great employee is Zai, always Ina great mood and friendly.
First time here. Everyone was nice and everything was explained in detail. I was concerned about losing blood. But 12 hours later. I felt nothing had happened. Just something to do to help others.
They work in a efficient manner from start to finish . I felt that they had my best interest in mind. Timely and professional.
I absolutely love going there. Such personable people. Everything was prompt and friendly yet professional. It’s a different atmosphere from other places I’ve been. No chaos and long lines. I felt at home from the first to the last person I had contact with.
