They don’t close till 4 but they turned me away at 2pm saying they are not taking any new clients but I stood at the front for 15 mins waiting for someone to come to the front to help me I had to find someone to help me myself and was told I can’t donate because it’s 2 pm come back on Monday
While the donation experience itself is fairly good The pay is abysmal
They will mess up your arm everytime. Never have the same people and the people who have been there awhile still don’t know what they’re doing. Terrible place. Causes a hematoma every time and causes a bubble under the skin.
If I could give negative stars I would. I'm legally blind, but I can see enough to read if I'm really close. They are incredibly disrespectful and treat me as if I am helpless. Multiple times I have been there they would not let me answer the questions by myself. Today me and my girlfriend went in, they turned my girlfriend away for "open wounds" aka a cat scratch on her arm and then turned me away because she thought I was on drugs because I'm talkative.
