Disrespectful staff can tell the energy is just bad not only that but they don’t specify anything at all what to bring in went there twice just to return back home. Talking down on people sarcasm aka front desk woman. Hire some staff that can respect their donors. Called for the first time for some guy to hang up immediately and I had few questions to ask. At this point I’ll just go to another plasma center. Talking to me as if I wasn’t smart is extremely disrespectful.
When I went yesterday, Laura (what her face mask said) blew my vein out, which caused me to pass out. It was the size of a golf ball... I immediately went to urgent care after I left yesterday due to the fact that I could barely stay awake... Today, my whole arm is swollen, hurts really bad, is very bruised, and I'm very weak... I do not recommend this place, at the least Laura... The nurse gatekeeps new donors
Never donating again I’ve done it about 6 times and got screwed 3 of those times One lady was to busy talking with another staff member while she was poking me and accidentally hit an artery Another lady stuck me about 5 times till she got it right and left a huge bruise from blowing out my vein Each time I tried to tell someone they would look at me as if I was crazy Please if you want a good experience don’t go here all of the staff are young adults who care more about talking to eachother and being in their phones then pa... read more
