Love it the people are so friendly and caring
They don’t notify people of deferral and always say come back tomorrow. 101 pulse and deferred by the way. I used the last of my gas to go there just to be told I was deferred for 30 days 14 days ago.
98 times out of 100 everything goes just as intended. There can be issues that are related to staffing more than anything else. Edit Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to ask a simple question. If you have ANY other options, take it. This is a last resort
Didn't get stuck properly by the new lady I guess,I have donated at other places frequently, and when I told the lady about it, she got mad, it's late, and she was tired, but she threatened to differ me... very low amount of staff to help you here and when I asked to use the bathroom she said no.. and looked around the room to see who was watching her, also changed this from a 1 to a 3 star because when I almost cried walking out of here, another staff was very kind..
Twice in this last week I've been met with a closed center during listed business hours. Disappointed and set back because of this.
