Majority that works here are rude, lazy, and can't do their jobs majority of the time. Always got their nose up in the air like they are better than everyone, an attitude, and can never keep help because of that. Waste your time? They LOVE it. It's like an Olympic sport for them.
They won’t answer a simple question put me hold never came back to the phone-I was polite - I called back 5x and still didn’t pick up- used the number in the review that didn’t help either. But the reviews tell me everything I need to know. Go to Octapharma
The receptionist with red hair was on a power trip. She said she needed my ID to transfer me. I'm not a new donor. I work at a different location. Everyone on the donor floor was super friendly and nice.
Coming to this place is a breath of fresh air vs where I had been donating the past 9 months(octapharma on newtown). Dont get as much money for donating however theyre fully staffed and much quicker about getting ya in and out. Cant complain about typically getting in and out the door in 70-90 minutes. At the other facility I'd be lucky to get in a bed in that time. Seem to be a lot more stricter about requirements but thats not a bad thing when people come in unhealthy
