They’re okay. All the nurses seem bitchy. They’ve lost or otherwise messed up my required blood protein sample going on 4 times, which means I’ve been unable to donate for almost 2 months. When I try to tell them the sequence of events, I’m disregarded, they accused me of my actually getting two additional samples taken. Pretty sure I would remember getting my arm stuck.
How are you supposed to get any information if they dont answer the phone! Yet an employee is rude when and If the call is answered due to the call ringing over 3 minutes? Sad!

Place is a joke ! The people are a joke I pray and hope to god that this gets shut down I have cried like no other because of all they put me through everything went smooth and good vitals were good protein was good hemoglobin was good then when I had to see that nurse who apparently has a jealousy issue with the females there she was doing a physical or whatever you call it and just because I had a mark on my arm from were Sentara took my blood she accused me of being on drugs and said my husband smelled like weed I couldn’... read more
