I’ve been coming here sense 2021 the guy manger was unhooking some one and their blood got on me u no they didn’t compensate me they deferred me for 4 months didn’t say sorry or anything
I've made 42 donations here, but I'm likely not going to donate with CSL at all anymore. The staff are kind, no offense to them. The main reason for my low score is the new red "Paysign" cards they issued today. The new cards have no way to transfer a balance without getting docked at least $1 - $2 when they have also already reduced the incentive amount. On top of that the new cards have an "Inactivity fee", so they are just going to start deducting money out of my account if I can't donate? This is so stupid. These new car... read more
I couldn't use 0 stars but.. yeah tried mistake location. And super slow. CSL plasma completely degraded. Everyone working is super slowwwwwwww....place is bad service all the way. Can we please get new employees is these centers???
I love the staff at the Midvale location, other than the staff that don't show up to do their job. It seems like at least once a month the nurse shows up late or not at all, and makes everyone wait around until someone is there to allow the assistants to start poking. Then you have to choose between waiting for someone to show up (with no ETA) or try going to the Salt Lake location, which is even a BIGGER shit show than the Midvale location. Then when you get to the Salt Lake Location you wait in line for 2 hours to get a ch... read more
Got injured while donating on 06/02 around noon. The lady there just stood around and was giving me an attitude. I had to be the one to request to pause the donation, even though I had a huge visible swelling. Also had to request a manager cause all she did was stand around and give me a nasty attitude.
