Fast even when I was new
Horrible experience. They’re short staffed, will have to put needles in both arms because people rather get on break early than pay attention and do their jobs. I will not be coming back to this location
They are always saying they are short-handed and have long wait times, they rarely answer the phones, they turn away new donors frequently, they prioritize breaks over the people that come into donate adding to the wait times, the compensation pay is not great, and the card they put the money on is super restrictive and you can't even do bank transfers anymore. This makes it more difficult to use and wiser to just pick a different donation company.
I have donated at every plasma brand and I am shocked at how different this one is. Maybe this specific location is just severely understaffed but every part of the process is so drawn out and slow. I timed the average vital time of the people getting tested in front of my today and it took them over 7 min to do just one person and with just one person taking vitals this made the process take an eternity.
