Came Thursday was told to come back Saturday. Came back Saturday told to come back Thursday. Repeat that for 2 weeks. I give up guess I’ll go to another company.
Whent to CSL plasma 4 days in a row to donate plasma did not get in on any of those days because there are very understaffed very disappointed with this place they told me to try a different csl was to frustrated with csl to go to another one.if I could give a half star I would.
They are always saying they are short-handed they rarely answer the phones, and they turn away new donors frequently.
Only 3 people working in the whole building with 30+ people waiting over 3 hours in line just to get to a bed and donate. They work really slow. The staff seem to talk to each other more than doing their jobs. There’s only a few staff who seem amazing that I’ve enjoyed talking to that actually contribute to their job. There’s never enough beds for how many people come in. Machines are always broken & taking months to get fixed.
