Very professional and respectful people, they always go above and beyond to meet every need of their donors! Highly recommend using CSL of rainbow city.
The staff here is fantastic. The clientele that comes in needs a bath. They stink so bad sometimes it makes me sick to my stomach. The procedures in place for getting donors in and out the door efficiently and as soon as possible is far removed from this place. There is a lot of chit chat on the donation floor between workers while donors with purple lights wait and wait. I have watched them unhook people that were done 5-10 minutes after me.
