Terrible in every way imaginable. Check in, procedure, donation process, unprofessional phlebotomist that have NO business in medical field…..before you even turn into the parking lot. Go to Maps, and find the fastest route to LFB Plasma in Anniston. I’ve been a plasma donor since pre covid. I can wholeheartedly assure you’re. That if you heed this warning and take my advice about driving to LFB Plasma. You’ll go out of your way to thank me.
I have never been treated as poorly donating as I have here. And I am even having to make this post with someone else’s google account because I am afraid of how I will be treated the next time I come in. A few weeks ago I was poked and I told them it was hurting, they did not care but it has never ever hurt me before. I have never had a problem donating here. Staff is always professional
very friendly staff and The wait times are always kept low. Very rarely do I have to wait for an extended period of time.Very clean place and a large parking lot as it's part of a Shopping Center.5 out of 5. Stars
I’ve been coming here too long and my weight has fluctuated over the years.. if I come in and wait 2 hours to be screened and they send me to the nurse because I’ve lost weight. I work a hard job of course my weight gone drop. That issue needs to be resolved wasting people time.
