Always a pleasant experience. Staff always courteous and polite. Donating area always clean and quick.
You have to be patient to get hooked up, but this card has helped me a lot! I wished it had a chip in it instead of slide
The place and people are pretty good but the prepaid card they pay you with is a straight rip off. I don't believe I will ever go donate again because of the payment issues and card issues and I don't advise anyone else to. I can see a class action lawsuit in the very new future with there card services and this company it's almost a complete scam they charge you decline fees and fees for everything you will have money on your card but they will decline your transaction and then charge you over and over and there customer su... read more
