Worst place ever left yesterday after donating ,staff is horrible! arm extremely bruised.They don't know what they are doing !They had 2 other people that moved around the needle to even get blood which hurt and one just jabbed it in deeper.The staff have horrible attitudes,rude and do not have good training .Never again will step forward in this place.Rather go to altoona 40 miles from me!
I had some problems here but normally there try there best. But last time to many things happened here only one thing. That is not normal and I never get a bruise.
