I have coming to CSL now for 4 or 5 years and have never had a bad experience. However, after my visit yesterday, I would like to offer a suggestion. I was in line and next to be called back to a donor bed. Then a new user had a pass to go to the front of the line. After that, two more new users were also placed at the front of the line. So I went from being next, to having 3 people in front of me. Maybe new users should be called alternating with the users who have been in line? Absolutely terrible experience. Nobody wanting to do any work and when they do they are extremely condescending. Arrived at 11:15 and left at 2pm without even donating! I will not be returning here again and neither will many others I know. I wish I could give 0 stars.
