Alway had a great experience with the team at csl statecollege
I’ve been coming here for over four years and 309 donations and never had a bad experience. The staff is very outgoing and friendly. I don’t know all their names but ones like Ethan, Emeka and Ashley make me want to come back as much as possible.
I haven't had a bad experience here, first donation could be 3 hours, but after that it's normally very quick at maybe an hour from state to finish. All the staff here are very friendly, would definitely recommend. I would recommend a blanket if you get cold easily, than earbuds for your phone or a book. Help's the time go faster.
Worst place ever left yesterday after donating ,staff is horrible! arm extremely bruised.They don't know what they are doing !They had 2 other people that moved around the needle to even get blood which hurt and one just jabbed it in deeper.The staff have horrible attitudes,rude and do not have good training .Never again will step forward in this place.Rather go to altoona 40 miles from me!
